1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the BizzFlo website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BizzFlo. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Description of service
BizzFlo provides cloud-based tools including point of sale, inventory, customer management, reports, industry-specific modules (restaurant, pharmacy, etc.), subscription billing, and optional communications features (bulk SMS/email). Features available to you depend on your shop type, subscription plan, and enabled modules.
3. Account registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and access credentials.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- One person may not share login credentials across unauthorized users; use the Users & roles feature to invite staff with appropriate permissions.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Subscription plans & billing
BizzFlo offers freemium and paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) billed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Plan features, user limits, and module access are described on our Pricing page and enforced in the application.
- New workspaces may receive a 7-day trial period as shown at signup.
- Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually; annual plans include a published discount.
- Payments are collected via configured mobile money gateways (M-Pesa, Tigo, Airtel, etc.) or other approved methods.
- If a paid subscription expires, you receive a 7-day grace period before workspace access may be restricted.
- Freemium workspaces remain accessible subject to plan limits unless suspended for abuse.
- Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance for renewal periods.
- Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other tenants
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates telecommunications regulations
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or business
- Use the Service in a way that exceeds your plan limits or enabled modules
6. Your data & content
You retain ownership of business data you enter into your workspace (products, sales, customers, etc.). You grant BizzFlo a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for complying with tax, pharmacy, health, and other regulations applicable to your industry.
7. Communications features
Bulk SMS and email features are subject to your subscription plan. You must have consent or another lawful basis to message your customers. You are responsible for message content and compliance with Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) rules and anti-spam laws. SMS delivery depends on third-party networks; we do not guarantee delivery times or rates.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with payment gateways, SMS providers, Google Sign-In, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. BizzFlo is not liable for outages or actions of third-party providers.
9. Availability & support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and force majeure events may cause downtime. Support is provided via in-app contact, email, and plan-appropriate response channels. Offline POS features may sync when connectivity returns; you are responsible for reconciling data after outages.
10. Intellectual property
BizzFlo, its logo, software, documentation, and marketing content are owned by BizzFlo or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our platform — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active subscription or freemium period.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet all your business requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzFlo and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BizzFlo in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or TZS 500,000 if you are on a free plan.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment after the grace period, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, liability limits, dispute resolution) will survive termination.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app message. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
